Do I need to provide a sign company or installer?
If you need help choosing a vendor, we can recommend what to look for based on your project type. We can also provide Project Management services.

How many revisions are included in my project?
Most design projects include 2–3 rounds of revisions. We’ll always clarify what’s included up front to avoid surprises.

Can you match my existing brand style or signage?

Invoicing & Payment

How do I pay for services?
We accept payments via credit/debit card or check. Retainers are billed monthly, while one-off projects are typically split 50% upfront and 50% upon final delivery.

Can I get a detailed invoice or breakdown?
Yes, we can provide line-item breakdowns upon request for easier billing and internal tracking.

Is there a contract or agreement required?
Yes. For all new clients, we’ll send a simple design agreement that outlines deliverables, terms, and timeline before starting.

Where are you located, and do you work remotely?
We work remotely with clients across the U.S. — from local businesses to national sign shops. Most projects are handled via email, with phone or Zoom support available when needed.

What are your business hours?
We’re available Monday–Friday from 9am–5pm MST. We respond to most inquiries within 24 hours.
